Warehouse Closure Road Map

Five warehouses closed: lease renegotiation or cancellation signed by Jan 1, all inventory moved or removed and every site handed over by Jun 30.

The shape of the plan. Lease work runs first and finishes by Jan 1, which sets each site's exit date. Inventory planning runs alongside it. Physical moves then run in five staggered waves, ending with Warehouse 5 on Jun 30.

Assumptions to confirm

  1. Warehouses are called 1 to 5 as placeholders until the real site names are added.
  2. Jan 1 means signed agreements or served notices. Each lease's own notice period and any early-termination penalty may set a later exit date, so exit dates here are staggered from Mar 31 to Jun 30.
  3. Where a lease can't be ended early, the fallback is a short-term extension or sublease. That is why lease work starts first and finishes with buffer.
  4. Inventory dispositions are move, transfer to a remaining site, sell, donate, or dispose. Counts per site will decide how long each wave really takes.
  5. The order of the five waves follows the assumed exit dates. Swap it if one site has an earlier lease expiry or a bigger inventory.
